الشِّفَاءُ فِي ثَلاَثَةٍ: شَرْطَةِ مِحْجَمٍ، أَوْ شَرْبَةِ عَسَلٍ، أَوْ كَيَّةٍ بِنَارٍ، وَأَنْهَى أُمَّتِي عَنِ الْكَيِّ

“Healing is in three things: a cupper’s incision, a drink of honey, and cauterization by fire. But I forbid my Ummah from cauterization.”

Your session, step by step

Most visits take under an hour. Nothing happens until you understand it and say yes.

  1. We talk first

    Health history, medication and what you want help with.

  2. Skin is cleaned

    The area is disinfected and marked with the Prophet’s points in mind.

  3. First suction

    Cups go on for a few minutes to bring blood to the surface.

  4. Light incisions

    Tiny, shallow cuts with a new sterile blade, then cups go back on.

  5. Cleaned and covered

    Cups are removed, skin is cleaned and you get aftercare advice.
